Vertical blinds are fitted on all windows, together with elegant window dressings. There is an emergency lighting system at the exit, and interconnected smoke detectors throughout. The patio doors, which provide access to the pool and sundeck area are fitted with child safety alarms. Ceiling fans are fitted in the major rooms.
Full air-conditioning is installed, enabling a pleasant temperature to be maintained in all rooms. There is a wall safe to keep valuables secure and the house has a Brinks monitored alarm system enabling access to all emergency services at the touch of a button. Throughout the Rolling Hills community an automatic water irrigation system is installed on each property thus ensuring all the gardens and grass areas are kept in good condition.
There is a large double garage plus a concrete drive which ensures that there are no parking problems.
