GARAGE
The garage is accessible from inside the villa through the utility room lockable connecting door. It has an up and over door and interior lighting. At night the coach lights either side of the garage door may be illuminated. On the concrete drive leading to the garage there is adequate standing space for two full size cars.
UTILITY ROOM
A functional room housing a simple to use automatic washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The air-conditioning unit is also situated here. These washing appliances are very useful for guests staying for an extended period of time. An ironing board and iron are also provided. A fire extinguisher is close at hand for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
