POOL – PATIO AREA
The pool & patio area faces due south. The entire pool-patio area may be floodlit at night, and is covered by Florida netting to keep out the bugs but allowing the sunshine through for those wanting to keep up their tan. We have also increased the size of both the pool and patio/deck area. A colour tinted cool deck floor cuts down on the glare from the reflected sunlight and remains cool to the touch in all but the hottest weather. Sufficient luxury padded chairs and sun-loungers are in this area and are colour co-ordinated to match the cool-deck. There are 2 drink’s tables for use with the sun loungers and a large patio table with a wind up parasol for outdoor dining. The pool is 30 feet by 15 feet and is significantly larger than the standard size pool. The depth of the pool graduates from 3 feet at the shallow end to 6 feet at the deep end. Underwater lighting is installed so that you can enjoy a midnight swim if you wish. The pool is regularly chemically tested and cleaned by our management company ensuring that it remains in pristine condition. During the winter months when the night temperature drops, the pool can be electrically heated at additional cost.

GARDEN
The garden is laid to lawn on all sides, with a palm tree and shrubs in the front. At the sides there are pink hibiscus plants making the pool and sundeck area a very pleasant environment. An automatic irrigation system is installed thus ensuring that the grass and shrubs retain an attractive appearance.
